I got so caught up in the whirlwind romance of Valentino Prince & Orion Pagan that I finished this 560 page book in 2 days! I loved every single character (except for the one obvious bad guy) - my attachment to Valentinorion is otherworldly. This book was so magical I will not forget it for a long time. 

Bonus points for a great audiobook narrator!

Too often I find myself getting sad when reading trans stories because they tend to get really dark until their transition. I'm Glad My Mom Died by Jennette McCurdy Genre: Adult Non-Fiction Despite several heavy topics discussed throughout the book,  I'm Glad My Mom Died by Jennette McCurdy was surprisingly easy to digest. I would recommend this book to anyone - even if they've never watched anything with Jennette in it. Unlike most celebrity memoirs, her passion for writing is evident in her storytelling.  A fair warning, there are themes of  parental death, addiction, eating disorders, and narcissistic parenting throughout the entire book.  - Emily
